After doing a VRIN analysis, I think that my best tool would be having the connection of working in sports.  I decided to choose this because to me, nothing can ever beat experience.  I as able to make so many connections along the way while I was also able to see what fans liked and didn't like.  I think that working in sports also pulls in more of my ideas such as my resources and connections from working in the MLB.

  1. I think your connection to the sports world is critical to your success and can give you a head start compared to all your competition. I think if you continue to network within the sports industry you will be able to get in contact with the people that would be interested in making the decisions about implementing your tablets

  2. After reading your very thorough list, I have come to the same conclusion you have on which aspect of your venture is your greatest asset. I think that the knowledge that you already posses within the world of sports is great and will carry this idea of yours forward, because you know what the sports world needs. I think that it is good that you made your list so thorough and that all three of us came to similar conclusions about your list. That means you are on the right track I would assume. God Job!
